Gemstone Lights Warranty

Gemstone Lights offer a five year product warranty. In addition to the five year Gemstone Lights warranty program, VIBE Illuminations Inc. offers an additional 5 years on the product giving VIBE Illuminations customers a total of 10 years. VIBE Illuminations Inc. also offers its own labour warranty of five years to all Gemstone Lights purchases from VIBE Illuminations.

Our lights are graded for 50,000 hours. Any Gemstone Lights registered product or component within the system that fails or has defects within the warranty period will be covered under the 5+5 year product warranty and will be fixed or replaced. Any parts service work needed outside of the labour warranty period will be subject to fees.
