I am very excited about our recent gemstone lights installation by Vibe illuminations, right from the salesman to the installation crew and speaking to the owner of the company to ask a techy question ,The entire experience was the best I have had in a long time. Customer service recently seems to be a thing of the past but defiantly not with Vibe Illuminations, its evident that they pride themselves on punctuality, professionalism and most of all Customer service! thank you After selling invisible fence for over 30 years I could certainly see myself selling for Vibe illuminations! thanks again Jul 16/2026 Had a little glitch in our lighting system , made a call and spoke with Chris on the phone , he sent a technician within a day and had us back up and running under warranty ! Just had my Gemstone lighting installed with Vibe illuminations and I'm thrilled with the results! They have excellent customer service and communication with them was fantastic! I ordered my lights during their Christmas in July sale and the price I paid was very good! The installers came on time and explained everything I needed to know about how to use the Gemstone App which is very easy. We recently had Vibe Illuminations install permanent soffit lighting on the front of our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was prompt and professional, scheduling was easy, and the installer was accommodating, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. The lighting system is incredibly easy to use, and the finished product looks fantastic. It has completely transformed the front of our house. Had Vibe Illuminations install the Gemstone lights on our house. They were professional right from the start.  The lights were installed quickly and before the day I had asked for.  The installer was amazing.  Very friendly and explained everything before he left.  I have been loving them every night exploring all the options.
