VIBE ILLUMINATIONS is “Top-Notch” We had an incredible experience from start to finish. My wife and I decided to have Gem Light installation companies in to quote us on their lighting system. One company was a “no-show” with no call that put them right out of the race. Steve from VIBE ILLUMINATIONS showed up to our scheduled appointment just a little early so he could take the required outside measurements of our house in order to present us with an accurate proposal of the work. Being a sales professional myself, it was a pleasure to see that Steve and I “spoke the same language”. He was not “salesy” at all. Steve went through his sales presentation and explained VIBE ILLUMINATION’S process from start to finish. He used his laptop to share with my wife and I all the different lighting options offered by this lighting system. We found that Steve provided all of the information we required to make a decision that this is the company we want to award our business to. My wife and I discussed later that evening and reached back out to Steve secure the price and complete the paperwork. Shannon from the office reach out to me to so the installation date could be set. Because of an unforeseen circumstance, I had to call to reschedule the installation. Steve and Shannon were very understanding and accommodating. The new installation day was set. On the re-agreed upon installation date, Chris (who I later found out is the owner) and Donnie showed up on time and explained the installation process to me. Chris and Donnie got to work on the installation without a hitch. The job was completed with care to ensure it was very neatly done. The clean-up was such that there was not a trace of any work being done at our home other than the incredibly beautiful new lighting system. Chris went through the download of the phone APP and too the time to help me have it complete set up on my iPhone. Donnie went through the warranty information and a quick questionnaire to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job. Before leaving, Chris presented my wife and I with a “thank you for your business” gift. I was so extremely satisfied with my dealings with VIBE ILLUMINATIONS from start to finish. The thank-you gift at the end was such a nice touch. My wife and I are so happy with the lighting system that we are having VIBE ILLUMINATIONS back to extend the lighting system along each side of our house. I shared a handful of pictures and videos on my personal Facebook page and the “Likes”, “Loves”, “Wows”, and comments rapidly started pouring in. If any folks reading this review have an inkling of having this GEM LIGHT lighting system installed on their home, VIBE ILLUMINATIONS is the company to work with. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and Steve, Shannon, Chris, and Donnie were all a pleasure to work with. The pictures shared are “Canada Day” and “St. Paddy’s Day” themes and the other is an “Architectural” option. There are hundreds upon hundreds of options to beautify your home with this lighting system. Never again will you have to struggle in the cold weather putting up Christmas lighting. Every holiday, sports team, Country, celebration…etc…has an option to brighten up your home. Give VIBE ILLUMINATIONS a call and ask for Steve. You will be so pleased that you did.

Chris hall was my sales rep he was very knowledgable and showed me everything that I needed to know If I have any questions I can call him anytime the day that the installers came They were very nice very knowledgable about the work and did a great great job didn’t leave a mess just overall five star rating and the house looks amazing. My neighbours are talking about it and now they also wanna do it so I would advise if anybody wants to do it go ahead and do it. It looks great. You will not regret it and I suggest you get vibe illuminations inc you will not be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍 me and my family are very very happy and my kids LOVE IT. Thank you

A++ service and product. Highly recommended! I came across Gemstone Lights through a competitor-- but the sales experience was HORRENDOUS. I, too work in sales, and while I loved the lights..the in-home visit left me with such a sour taste that it prompted me to reach out to another authorized dealer (Vibe) who also offered these lights. I contacted Vibe Illuminations as they were the nearest authorized dealer of Gemstone Lights near me and I dealt with Steve as my commercial contact. He was a complete joy to work with-- easygoing, no pressure, and put me at ease the entire time. No question was a dumb question and made he took the time to explain everything in a thoughtful and consultative manner. From there I dealt with Shannon (who is in charge of production) and the positive journey continued! She was very communicative of next steps, and expectations and was prompt to update me on timelines. On install day, I had Donny and Dan who were in and out before I could even offer them a second bottle of water! No mess left behind and they were very thoughtful all throughout the installation process and kept us in the loop to gain feedback where needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Vibe Illuminations for your household lighting needs and look forward to future projects to come!

Honestly from the beginning right to the end and even after, the team here went above and beyond. The lights and product itself is so worth it. Many thanks to Steve, Shannon, and Donny for making it all happen for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Solid company and solid product. Nothing but good things from my purchase. Steven, my sales person, worked on a structure that worked for me, Shannon had great communication, and my two installers did a great job and were very helpful. The product is amazing and I love it. Looking forward to all the holidays so I can put on a custom lighting theme. When it’s not a holiday I put on a standard pot light look and the house looks so pretty. Thanks Vibe and Gemstone!! I no longer need to climb on my roof and put up Christmas lights!! Lol
