Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service and workmanship on site. From the start to finish the level of customer service was exemplary. All my questions were answered quickly and I spoke to people directly. The person that came to install was awesome. The app is user friendly and easy to use. We have had many people stop and ask about our lights. Our house looks amazing and no need to use the outside porch lights or install Christmas lights anymore. A definite upgrade and affordable option for anyone looking to install exterior lights. I only wish we had done it sooner. A definite must that really adds to your homes curb appeal.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love the finished product but I have been even more impressed by the customer service throughout every step of the process. From a quick quote, fairly priced, to setting the installation date, the actual installation and the follow-up have all been outstanding. Every person I dealt with was great. Couldn’t recommend Vibe Illuminations any higher for installing Gemstone Lights.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very excited about our recent gemstone lights installation by Vibe illuminations, right from the salesman to the installation crew and speaking to the owner of the company to ask a techy question ,The entire experience was the best I have had in a long time. Customer service recently seems to be a thing of the past but defiantly not with Vibe Illuminations, its evident that they pride themselves on punctuality, professionalism and most of all Customer service! thank you After selling invisible fence for over 30 years I could certainly see myself selling for Vibe illuminations!

thanks again

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had my Gemstone lighting installed with Vibe illuminations and I'm thrilled with the results! They have excellent customer service and communication with them was fantastic! I ordered my lights during their Christmas in July sale and the price I paid was very good! The installers came on time and explained everything I needed to know about how to use the Gemstone App which is very easy. If you are thinking about getting permanent lighting I highly recommend Vibe Illuminations.

We recently had Vibe Illuminations install permanent soffit lighting on the front of our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was prompt and professional, scheduling was easy, and the installer was accommodating, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. The lighting system is incredibly easy to use, and the finished product looks fantastic. It has completely transformed the front of our house. We’d highly recommend Vibe Illuminations to anyone considering permanent outdoor lighting.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m not sure why we didn’t do this sooner. Working with VIBE Illuminations was effortless.

From our first email, to the home visit right through to the installation, I was impressed with their commitment, attention to detail and follow up, they were top notch! Sara’s check in phone call and helpful tutorials emails were perfect. Ryan was a true professional making the installation seamless.
