Gemstone Lights life expectation is approximately 50,000. This works out to about 4-5 hours per night, every day for 20 years.
Our lights draw anywhere from 0.17 watts to 0.72 watts per light, depending on the colours you use. The colour intensity you select for the lights also affects energy usage. Most of our customers comment on not having noticed a difference on the hydro bill. Especially if they were already using other lights. If they were using incandescent bulbs, the hydro bill would be noticeably less.
Both Gemstone Lights and Vibe Illuminations are Canadian owned and operated. The lights themselves (much like any LED) are imported from Asia.
The price can vary depending on the nature of the installation. You can expect to pay more than if you were just buying lights out of a box from the store, but in the long run, the value you get from Gemstone is extremely worth it. Yes. Your Gemstone lights can be used as static pot lights (without an animation) in a single colour or multiple colours.
Although they’re great at Christmas, Gemstone Lights are the perfect way to light up your house all year long! You can change the colours and patterns daily if you want using the Gemstone Lights Hub App.
Our RGBW technology allows Gemstone Lights to have a true warm white option.
