Vibe Illuminations “Leafs Tickets Giveaway” Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The “Leafs Tickets Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Vibe Illuminations Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses) or household members are not eligible.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on September 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Contest:
- Purchase Entry:
Any individual who purchases and fully pays for a new Gemstone Lights system from Vibe Illuminations Inc. during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest. - No Purchase Necessary Entry:
To enter without purchase, visit: https://www.vibeilluminations.ca/get-a-quote-on-gemstone-lights and complete the quote request form during the Contest Period using the promo code: “No-Purchase Leaf Tickets draw entry.” Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person during the Contest Period.
Mandatory Requirement for All Entrants:
All entrants (whether entering by purchase or without purchase) must also follow @vibeilluminations on Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of prize award in order to be eligible.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of two (2) tickets to a Toronto Maple Leafs home game (date to be determined by the Sponsor). Approximate retail value: $485.10 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection
On or about November 1, 2025, one (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Be following @vibeilluminations on Instagram,
- Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and
- Sign a Declaration and Release form.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
8. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
- Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete are void.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
- Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
