Luck of the Irish Contest – Official Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Luck of the Irish Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by VIBE Illuminations (the “Sponsor”), located at:
40 Scugog Point Crescent
Nestleton Station, Ontario
Canada

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on February 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 16, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who:

Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
Reside within VIBE Illuminations’ regular service territory in Ontario; and
Do not currently have a Gemstone Lights system installed at the property for which the prize would be applied.

This Contest is strictly for new customers only. Homes with an existing installed Gemstone Lights system are not eligible to win.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official online entry form during the Contest Period.

Limit of one (1) entry per household unless otherwise specified. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A Gemstone Lights system installation valued at up to $3,000 CAD (before HST).

Prize conditions:

Maximum total value: $3,000 CAD.
If the installation total is less than $3,000, no cash difference will be paid.
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Installation must occur at a residential property located within the Sponsor’s service territory.
Any upgrades, enhancements, electrical work, or additional services beyond $3,000 must be paid by the winner.
Installation scheduling is subject to availability and seasonal considerations.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value if necessary.

Approximate retail value: $3,000 CAD.

6. 15% Entrant Discount

All eligible entrants will receive a 15% discount toward the purchase of a new Gemstone Lights system installation.

Conditions:

Valid only for the original entrant.
Non-transferable.
Not valid with any other promotion or offer.
Applies to new installations only.
Redemption deadline and scheduling subject to Sponsor discretion.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about March 17, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Skill-Testing Question

In accordance with Canadian contest law, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and an alternate entrant may be selected.

9. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

If the selected entrant:

Cannot be reached within seven (7) days;
Fails to respond;
Is found ineligible; or
Fails the skill-testing question;

the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant.

10. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, city of residence, photographs, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair the integrity of the Contest.

The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Ontario, Canada.

Void where prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless VIBE Illuminations and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Participation in the Contest;
Acceptance or use of the prize; or
Any technical or administrative errors.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for:

Administering the Contest;
Contacting the winner; and
Communicating promotional offers where consent has been provided.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
